I got the grilled beef with rice and it was delicious. Meat was tender and flavorful. Also got the Bo tai Chanh and that was also tasty. My wife said it was a bit too rare but I like it that way. The beef wrapped in leaves appetizer was delicious and savory but the portion size was smaller than expected. After trying multiple Vietnamese restaurants in the area, the pho broth here is definitely top tier. Service is quick and friendly. This is our new go to spot for Viet food.

The food was good but the ice water was a little smelly and I am afraid the cup was not cleaned well.

I've been to Saigon One Pho at least four times and it keeps earning my return visits. I've worked my way through a good portion of the menu — the Pho Tai is excellent, rich broth with tender sliced beef that hits exactly the right notes. The vermicelli noodles with grilled chicken are light and flavorful, the shrimp and pork spring rolls are fresh and well-made, and the bánh mì is the real deal. Don't leave without trying the Vietnamese iced coffee — it's a perfect finish to the meal. Quality is consistently high across the board and the prices are very fair. One of the best Vietnamese spots in Virginia Beach.

Our first Pho experience since leaving LA, the spring rolls were good but pork seemed slightly under flavored. Peanut sauce was also good. My wife and I both had round/ flank beef, the broth was seasoned well, and their sauce selection and toppings were great. Generally a good experience, slightly missing the mark when compared to our some of LA experiences but satisfied our Pho cravings. The vibe took is back a bit, no frills environment just good food and friendly staff.

Chicken Pho 🍜 just the broth has SO MUCH FLAVOR!! The vegetable broth was very good too but the chicken broth OMG to DIE FOR 🤩❤️ The lady cooking in back who brought out our plates is one of the best Pho cooks I have ever been to. The portions were big, the prices were good. Awesome little atmosphere with friendly staff. Service was top notch and I will be back for the best pho in Virginia Beach, hands down.
